3. Also it can be send directly to your lover or friend once you first receive and pay for the invoice which will be send to your nearest Express Service company. As soon as you receive our invoice you need to contact us and tell us the Voucher's Number which is written inside your invoice, then we will immediate send the Gift Voucher to the person of your choice.

4. You can give or send these Gift Vouchers to anyone you wish and can be redeemed at anytime.

Sending Gift Vouchers

When you send a Gift Voucher to someone, during the checkout process / in the delivery information, you need to write us in the comments window the following 3 information:

1. The small name of the recipient of the Gift Voucher.

2. The telephone of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to (so that the Express Service company can call him to receive the Voucher).

3. The city in which the person is resident.

  - Please have in mind that when you send a Gift Voucher to someone your name, telephone and city will appear on the Packing Slip.
  - Also make sure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change them when we will call you for order confirmation.

Redeeming a Gift Voucher

When you receive a Gift Voucher by your lover or friend it will contain a Packing Slip with details of who sent you the Gift. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher in two ways:

1. By visiting our online store www.studio69cy.com - create an account (free membership) - and choose your gift/s valued the amount of the Gift Voucher. Don't forget during the checkout process in the delivery information to write in your order comments window that you are purchasing products using a Gift Voucher and also write to us the Voucher's Number. Without the Vouchers number we cannot process your order.

2. You may call us at 77772269 or 99069696 and place your order. Make sure to tell us that you are purchasing items with a Gift Voucher with the specific number.

  - In both cases if you want to buy products from our online store that there value is a little more expensive than your Gift Voucher, you will be prompted to pay the rest upon delivery to the Express Service company together with the delivery fees of €4.30
  - Each Gift Voucher is valid for one time use only - is non refundable and mast be spend to its maximum amount. There will be no credit or change in case of any remaining amount from the voucher's amount.
