All products that are to be delivered are carefully and safely packed in a discreet (common) wrapping paper, without any logos of our company or your personal information, just a common first name and a phone number will be ever revealed to the Express Service Company, and this only for contacting purposes. Nobody…! Not even the Express Service Company will ever know what's inside the box.

Dispatch!
At Studio69CY.com we aim to dispatch any order (ASAP) As Soon As Possible, within 1 - 3 days from the online order confirmation or the phone order.
If a weekend is in-between your order, then a day or two may be added to the dispatch time. During busy times, this may differ.

Delivery:
Delivery is been carried-out by an Express Service Company to all major cities of Cyprus, 3 times a day, and it requires you to pick-up & pay our discreet and unnoticeable parcel from the express service company premises.
Pick-Up Delivery cost is set to € 4.30 including VAT.

Same Day Delivery...
Is possible provided that your order is received and confirmed by us no later than 11:00am. In that case, we can arrange for your parcel to be delivered within the same day, subject to stock availability and order verification. This service is also depended on the Express Service company time schedule, and distance from the point of dispatch.
To utilize this option we recommend that you phone us at 77772269 to check for stock availability first or simply request Same Day Delivery in your Order Checkout.
Same Day Delivery cost: add € 2.50 including VAT to the Standard Delivery.

NOTICE:
We cannot held responsible for any delays made exclusively by the Express Service company, even though we try our best to dispatch all your orders on time.

RETURNS

If an item is unsuitable can I exchange it?
If any item is the wrong size or color from your order, then we will happily exchange it for you or credit your account (no money refund), provided that it has not been opened from its original packing or damaged. You must return the item to us in its original packaging within 7 days. Where love aids are concerned we can only exchange items that have not been removed from the hygienic wrapper, for obvious reasons. Something we know you will respect and understand.

What happens if an item I receive is faulty, what should I do?
Simply return it to us, stating what is wrong, we will happily exchange it or credit your account.

This site trades in accordance with recent E.U. directives for online trading as follows:
• We provide secure delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact details. Please see our/your "Security" page.
• All goods come with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order simply return it to us within 7 days from receiving your order and we will exchange it for a new product or credit your account (Delivery & Packing costs are non refundable).

Returns conditions:

a.   Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
b.   Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
c.   Goods must be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you received  your order.
d.   Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
 

All the above applies for both on-line and phone orders. Don't forget that an operator will always be awaiting for your order between 9:00am to 9:00pm, 7 days a week.
